Ohio Geolocation Error Codes

“I’m getting an error code 3005” (Windows):

Follow steps to disable proxy server. Go to Settings and navigate to Network and Internet. Select Proxy. Enable “Automatically Detect Settings”. Disable “Use a Proxy Server”

“I’m getting an error code 3005” (MacOS):

Follow steps to disable proxy server. Click on Apple icon then go to System Preferences. Go to Network. Select the network you wish to disable the proxy setting on. Select Advanced. Select the Proxies tab. Uncheck all protocols under “select a protocol”. Click OK once done.

“I’m getting an error code 3005” (IOS):

Follow steps to disable proxy settings. Go to Settings. Go to Wi-Fi. Select connected Wi-Fi network. Disable HTTP Proxy.

“I’m getting an error code 3003/3004” (Windows):

User must uninstall Remote Desktop: Go to Settings and navigate to Apps then Installed Apps. Find the Remote Desktop application and click on the 3-dot icon next to the application. Select Uninstall and follow instructions.

“I’m getting an error code 3003/3004” (MacOS):

Follow steps to disable Remote Desktop application. Go to Finder. Open the Applications folder. Find Remote Desktop application. Delete application.

Follow steps to disable Remote Desktop application. Open App Store. At the top right, select profile icon. Select Manage Apps & Devices. Select Manage. Select the Remote Desktop app. Select Uninstall.
