Prime Rewards is a cutting-edge tier-based loyalty program that allows our patrons to earn points that can be converted to Cash.

Patrons earn Prime Points based on a small portion of a wager, with a ratio of one Prime Point for every $10.00 wagered.

Example:

• If a user bets $100.00 on a -110 line to win $190.01, the user should be awarded 9.09 points.

• If a user bets $100.00 on a +1000 line to win $11,000, the user would be awarded 10 points.

How do I join the Loyalty/Rewards Program?

Joining is simple and free! Patrons who sign up through our website or mobile app(s) will be automatically defaulted to -108 odds (reduced juice). To opt in to Prime Rewards, a patron must reach out to our member service team to request access. There will be a Prime Rewards tab in the top right hand corner of Home Page.

PLEASE NOTE: By opting in, a patron forfeits their reduced juice and moves to -110 odds. This will take effect for 365 days following the opt-in. Patrons who opt-in to the Rewards program can earn Cashback by collecting points.

Why use Prime Rewards?

Customers who use Prime Rewards are incentivized to earn Points for Cashback. By moving into a higher tier, the value of your points is multiplied at a higher rate and you earn more on every bet!
